Agreements:

⦁ The above quoted rate will include the VAT, AIT & other applicable charges per Govt. rule and regulations.
⦁ All the above price is based on factory corporate price, but not including the shipping/ delivery / installation cost. Production time: 14-20 days for bulk quantity.
⦁ Ordering goods shipment / delivery with 100% payment must be done within the given production and shipment/ delivery time, if delayed more than 3 days from shipment/ delivery date then WH costing will be added in the total ordering cost.
⦁ Delivery service warranty will be given as per company policy and warranty will be counted after shipment or delivery.
⦁ For order conformation need to pay 50% advance at the name of Octopus Traders and the rest 50% payment need to be paid in cash during shipment/ delivery time.
Fragile product will not be returned once sold, service will be given only for the device .

⦁ Delivery Method: After Purchase of product we will delivery and install your product at your home. And we will make charge for this. In case of damage of product on the way, we take full of responsibility.
But, if customer want that they get responsible for delivery, they can do it. Weather after purchase on the way product make damage or scratch, that is not our responsibility.

⦁ Payment Method: When customer confirm order, they must pay 50% advance by online transaction, bkash (make payment) or cash. In the delivery day customer will pay the due 50% money.

⦁Refund and Return policy: We do not return of sold product. If once it sold, you cannot refund it. If you have any other questions or concerns about the product. What if you make scratch after sell on display of mirror after sell, company does not take liable for this. For this you can contact with us before order anytime.

After pay advance if you want to cancel the order, we will refund your money. Otherwise no refund and return policy.
